Our Process
Each team, company and organisation are unique with their own identity and complex
needs. Consequently, we are committed to ensuring the services we provide are tailored
to the needs of each client.
Our process includes five phases:
1) Initial consultation
During the initial consultation we will learn about the company, teams and individuals and develop clear aims for the work needed. We will discuss possible
options and understand which services are most likely to address the team and leadership challenges that are being experienced.
2) Proposal development
Amy will develop a proposal for the programme of support based on the conversations during the initial consultation. Where appropriate, several options may be developed to suit specific budget, time and accessibility requirements.
3) Service preparation
The services are developed based on the agreed outcomes and needs of the organisation and its people. Current research and innovative leadership skills are used to develop content, accompanied by Amy’s real-life experiences
4) Service Delivery
We specialise in ensuring training content is delivered through a range of media and interactive activities with a commitment to inclusivity and engagement. Training will include visual and written content and interactive discussion, activities and facilitated group work.
5) Impact measurement
It is important to us that all our services are outcomes driven and deliver impact. We have a number of methods to measure impact including questionnaires, in-session engagement and a post service impact evaluation meeting.
